Hello, I am writing to let you know that I am still in the race to represent the people of Illinois in the US Senate. The petition phase of the campaign was both rewarding in that, I got to speak with so many people from various parts of the state. It was also challenging in that, there were many people who could not be bothered to spend 30 seconds to sign my petition. I did events from the Air and Water show, Italian Fest, Greek Fest, multiple Mexican festivals, forums, the Chicago Marathon, and door to door efforts. That’s ok because I have the determination to get the job done for you. No matter where I go, I will always show my Illinois pride. Yes, my name will not appear on the ballot. I have completed the declaration with the 108 election authorities around the state so that I can be a write in candidate. Therefore, I am asking you to write in Adam Delgado in the blank on your ballot. The US Senate needs more people who have the courage and the experience to get stuff done despite the GOP acquiescing to the Trump agenda. Our international standing is crumbling by the day and we need to reverse course now! Please help me get our nation back on track of compliance with the constitution and help people afford life as we used to know it. Thank you.
